    • 5 Words: Questions, answers, family, love, aliens.Aw man. That ending sucked (in a good way).It made me cry. This short story answers pretty much every how/what question I had after reading Mind Games. Thank goodness. Because that book raised a lot of questions.Teri Terry has a very distinct, very recognisable voice. I spent a lot of my time thinking about Mind Games and the Slated trilogy, because her style alone took me back. If you have liked any of her books, you'll like this one too. That endi [...]

    • I wanted to read this 'cause I wasn't completely satisfied with how Mind Games ended. In that aspect, I was very satisfied with this novella. However, I wasn't too keen on the story. It got too weird and science-fictiony for me.

    • Originally posted here: heatherreviews.wordpress/__________________When Mind Games came out back in March, it was the first book by Teri Terry that I’d ever read and it absolutely blew me away. So when I learned that there was an ebook exclusive sequel, I immediately pre-ordered.Picking up almost two decades after the events of Mind Games, Dangerous Games follows the daughter of Luna as she seeks to discover just exactly who she is. Luna has become a Refuser again, no longer plugging into the [...]

    • For such a short novella as a sequel to Mind Games this was such a compelling ending to the original story. Liberty is so like Luna but even stronger and is wondering who she is and why her Mother will not give her the information about herself she so desperately needs. As her story unfolds, Libby starts to discover just how different she really is and realizes that the void is not just a virtual place for gaming worlds which Pareco made use of, but something else entirely. Her Mother's past com [...]

    • Okay. I read MIND GAMES last year and absolutely loved it. So when I found out about this novella I bought it for my Kindle.Liberty is Luna's teenage daughter. She's a lot like her mother was at her age, and is always looking for a way out. Out of the real world, away from reality the only place she feels at ease is in the void. She seems more silver than anything else. And there's a reason for that. You know, I'm conflicted about this story. It's well written--Teri Terry books always are--and th [...]

    • The truth is, novelists shouldn't write short stories and this ebook is a good example of that. Terry is a skillful writer when it comes to novels but unfortunately her talent doesn't translate to shorter mediums. This story was too short to make sense and had too much happening. Even though I only finished Mind Games recently, I couldn't connect the characters from that book with the characters of this one. Plus the plot was too much of a wish fulfilling story. I understand Terry's reasoning be [...]

    • I've loved everything I've ever read by Teri Terry and as this novella is a continuation of the story from Mind Games I decided it would be an excellent start to my 2016 reading and what a very good choice I made! I read it in one greedy gulp all at once and I was engrossed from the very first page, it's always great to get reacquainted with characters you love and I was so happy to see the fate of one of my favourites change :-) The ending is beautiful but heartbreaking and I don't mind admitti [...]

    • Fabulous Short ReadThis is a great sequel to Mind Games and ties up many loose ends for me as a reader! I didn't even know this book existed until I finished 'Book of Lies', also by Teri Terry; but I'm so glad I did! I have read all of Teri Terry's books and thoroughly enjoyed all of them! The only reason as to why I didn't give the book 5 stars was because I truly fell in love with Liberty's character and I could read for hours about her! Thank you, Teri Terry for this truly fantastic book!

    • Brilliant!Thank you for an amazing story! I loved Mind Games and I have used this book to switch on the love of reading in so many students in the school where I work as the librarian.I'm so pleased that the second book is here, they will all love it as much as the first one. Thanks again.

    • It was awesomeI just love this book the only thing wrong is that there needs to be more! I loved this book so much I thought it was awesome (though I think all Teri Terrys books are awesome)

    • What a lovely bonus story to an amazing book! I've missed the void and the characters. And getting some answers to some questions I thought I never would, were also really nice :)However, since I had to read this as an e-book, my rating has been decreased. I don't understand how other people do it, because reading this short story on a screen kinda gave me a headache.
