    • The first time I read 'Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy' I abandoned it after a few pages. Then I saw the stage show and picked the book up as soon as I got home - and loved it. This book is the same, in many ways. At first I didn't understand it, then realized you kind of aren't meant to, at first! I've read it twice now and enjoy it more each time. It's definitely a love it or loathe it book, and I love it. If you like Hitchhikers, FarFly, Red Dwarf, you'll get this.

    • Round Trip by David Katz is an interesting book. For a sci-fi book it was very deep and thought provoking. It was both hard to get into but at the same time I could not put it down. The author did an excellent job of story development which made it easier to follow. I also liked the way he developed the characters and their individual story lines. The characters and the basic storyline were believable and real.My problem with the book was with the sci-fi portion. I just could not get into it or f [...]

    • I moderately enjoyed the first part of this novel--a fast beach read--and it had a scratch of Hitchhiker's Guide charm to it, but the story quickly became boring and repetitive: The characters were shallow and the plot posed no challenge to them after about the midpoint of the book. They were just stereotypes of a banker, an MBA, a failed entrepreneur and a hippie who all started believing in free love and lived happily ever after. With some sci-fi window dressing that quickly stopped adding val [...]

    • InterestingInterestingI enjoyed this read. Four stars for too-convenient and unrealistic events. I would definitely recommend this book anyway - very interesting and original premise.

    • Two couples embark on a journey of spiritual discovery. Felt like liberal undertones, but decided just class stereotyping.

    • Interesting premise and fun storyline. Easy to read, but some deep thought behind the plot. Will there be a sequel? Or a series?
