    • I'm not really very interested in performance art as such, which this book spends a good deal of time discussing--I am interested in identity performance, but I don't think I got much more on that subject from this book than I already had from Judith Butler and Homi Bhabha. I accept that the task is nearly impossible, but I'm not sure how well this critical introduction actually covered performance as such.
